• An initial consultation to explain the probate process and the tasks you must undertake. $99 (Many probates are routine and don’t require the extensive involvement of an attorney).
• Help preparing the initial probate petition $179
• Additional probate attorney consultations by telephone $39 per call ($59 per call if you don't either purchase the initial consultation or help preparing the probate petition)
• A review of an accounting you prepare $159*
• A review of an inventory of property that you prepare $159*
