COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Moore & Associates is committed to providing quality products. However in the unlikely event you should have any complaint with regard to the running of Moore & Associates's Service or any of the products purchased from us please contact us. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you as quickly as we possible. We undertake to either deal with your complaint, or acknowledge its receipt and confirm the timescales for a full response, within three working days of receipt.

All complaints are reviewed by the Owner, who also reviews all responses before they are sent to you. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may contact us, with the reasons for your continued dissatisfaction.
