The price includes everything you and your spouse need to obtain a divorce. It includes the cost of mediation and the preparation of a separation agreement, which documents your decisions about alimony, child custody, child support and the division of marital property. All of the following services are provided by experienced divorce attorneys and mediators. You receive:

• Two, 2-hour mediation sessions for you and your spouse with an experienced divorce mediator (more sessions can be purchased separately).
• Attorney consultations for one spouse during the mediation process to insure that his or her rights are protected
• Attorney review of the mediated separation agreement for one spouse to insure it is fair
• Referral of other spouse to an independent, experienced divorce attorney for consultations during mediation process and a review of the mediated agreement for fairness (estimated attorney fee $200 - $300 purchased separately)
• Separation agreement, which documents your mediated agreement about alimony, child custody, child support and the division of marital property; becomes part of the final divorce decree; and is enforceable.
• All the court papers you and your spouse need to obtain a divorce.
• Coaching to fully prepare you and your spouse for the divorce hearing.*

* When spouses have a settlement agreement, the court hearing is usually routine and does not require the presence of a divorce attorney; only one spouse needs to be present at the hearing.
